The Process:
1) Onboard:
Once you sign on, we’ll set up a meeting to get to know each other, your business and brand needs, and help you get the first project underway!
2) Add/ Manage Projects:
Add as many projects as you like to our web-based project management system (no special software or apps needed). The top project in your que is what we will be working on. You can prioritize your projects as you see fit.
3) Reviews & Revisions
We will provide design revisions based on your review and feedback within 2-3 business days depending on the design project scope.
4) Sign Off & Assets
Once approved, designs and final assets are delivered via a shared Google Drive, links and/or project management software.
5) Billing
Your subscription is billed at the beginning of each calendar month, prorated from your start date.
6) Pausing Subscription
Pause your subscription anytime without a fee. For example, if you pause on the 15th day due to lack of needed work in that month, you can bank the remaining days. Come back to us with that credit, within 6 months of the pause date, and resume. We won’t restart your subscription billing until you’ve used those banked days.
